In 2006 my five friends and I took a wonderful trip, slowly cruising down the Canal Du Midi on the boat named "Emma". We drifted by towns and villages, and sampled excellent wines and ate spectacular foods. If you love to slow your pace down and enjoy beautiful scenery and you love wine, this is a trip for you.
