Super Moon Eclipse - Sept 27, 2015

Sept 27-15 gave the world an opportunity to witness a rare celestial sight. Occurring very, rarely (every couple of decades), we witnessed both a harvest moon (14% larger than regular full moons) and an eclipse of the earth on the moon. This creates a "blood moon". In Toronto, there was cloud cover, but as chance would have it, during the event a few moments of clearing in the clouds allowed the following shots. It was all we could get. All the same it was beautiful.
